Founded in 2002, Oldham Credit Union (OCU) is a not for profit, democratic, financial co-operative regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority.

We offer Simple, Affordable, Flexible, Ethical (SAFE) financial services.

By offering SAFE financial services, OCU has seen a 50% increase in membership, reaching 3500 members with savings of £900,000 and £1m lent in the last 2 years.

We work in partnership with employers in Oldham to offer these SAFE financial services to their employees via payroll savings schemes. Our partnerships with employers help them address key organisational issues when it comes to staff welfare and company CSR.
